All CEVLI orders undergo a final artisan quality inspection and carnauba wax buffing before dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Domestic and European deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 business days via complimentary DHL Express or VIP courier service, fully insured up to the full retail value.
2. 30-Day Complimentary Return & Size Exchange Policy
You may return any unworn pair or request a complimentary size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Returned shoes must be tried on carpeted indoor surfaces only to preserve the hand-finished leather soles, and must include the original presentation box, flannel dust bags, and shoehorn.
